1. About this site

This is an unofficial fan site for Hero Siege offering free game-data lookups, simulators and sharing tools, with no registration. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Panic Art Studios.

2. Rights to the game content

The name, art, game data, text and screenshots of Hero Siege belong to Panic Art Studios and its licensors. This site references them for information and community purposes and claims no rights over them; we will adjust or remove material at the rights holder's request.

3. Third-party material and licences

• Some item icons come from the Hero Siege Wiki (wiki.gg) under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence.
• Affix tier values are used with permission from metaroad.gg.
• Drop data references hs-tracker (MIT licence) and the public Hero Siege Helper datamine.
• Apart from our own translations, Traditional Chinese text comes from the localisation shared by wizozd75630 on the Bahamut forum.

Each asset is used under its original licence. If you believe we are using something incorrectly, please contact us.

4. Our own content

The compilation, translations, explanatory text, layout and code of this site belong to the site. You are welcome to quote our data with attribution and a link; scraping or mirroring the site, bulk republishing, or republishing with the attribution removed is not permitted.

5. Player submissions (builds, filters, feedback)

• You confirm that what you submit is your own work or something you have the right to share.
• Submissions must not contain illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, advertising or off-topic content, and must not impersonate others.
• You agree that the site may display your submission publicly and that other players may view it, load it into the simulators and reference it.
• We may remove submissions that break these rules without notice, and may block repeat offenders from submitting again.
• The edit key for a build or filter exists only in your browser; if it is lost it cannot be recovered, and the only option is to ask us to delete that submission.

6. Accuracy and disclaimer

We do our best to verify the data but do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or current; after a patch there may be differences from the live game. The damage calculator and simulators are for reference only — the game itself is authoritative. The site is not liable for any loss arising from use of its data or tools.

7. Copyright complaints and removal

If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site (including player submissions) infringes your rights, email contact@herosiegedata.com with the URL of the content, a description of your rights and your contact details. Once verified we will remove the content promptly and notify the submitter where appropriate.

8. Advertising and support

The site may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense); the advertisers are responsible for their ads, which do not constitute a recommendation by the site. Support is entirely voluntary and unlocks nothing; refunds follow the rules of the platform used.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change at any time; the date on this page is updated when they do, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
